We're Alicia and Bella, two friends passionate about mindful movement, community, and doing good. Alicia is a pilates instructor and Bella is a yoga teacher. Together we hope to get people moving for a good cause with our community classes.

Expect to sweat and experience a minute full body low impact Pilates workout, followed by a bit of Yoga. ALL levels welcome.
We are inspired to facilitate movement in a way that is accessible and promotes a sense of community. We believe
movement is something that should be fun and inclusive - we welcome all levels of experience fitness to join us.
Money raised through these community classes will go directly to local charities.
