Kia ora!
We’re Bella and Alicia - two friends passionate about movement, community and doing good. We are both qualified instructors - Bells in yoga and Leesh in pilates and yoga!
Together, we hope to get people moving for a good cause with our Yoga/Pilates fusion community classes.

Alicia Robb
YOGA & PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Hey, I’m Alicia! I’m really passionate about the power of movement and recently finished my BSc at the University of Auckland with a double major in Exercise Science and Psychology. My studies really reinforced to me how important it is to move our bodies and build strength for both our physical and mental wellbeing.
So much so, I'm now studying to become a physiotherapist.
I found my way to pilates in typical little sister fashion - following my older sister along to a studio - and I instantly understood what all the hype was about. After a few years of attending classes, my sister and I trained through Breathe Education to become qualified Group Matwork and Reformer instructors. The course left me feeling confident, empowered and excited to share my love of pilates with people of all ages and fitness levels.
I believe that pilates is an incredible way to challenge and push yourself to new limits in a way that is playful and fun.

Bella Conyngham
YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Kia ora, I'm Bella. Having trained as a dancer growing up, what excites me the most about mindful movement - are the mental, spiritual and physical benefits of it.
After completing my 200-hour vinyasa yoga teacher training in 2020, I'm on a mission to empower people to find their greatness, just as they are. I'm inspired by powerful, thoughtful movement that is accessible to everyone, and believe in building a community alongside it. As my yoga practice evolves, so does my approach to teaching. I am a keen learner and work to continuously build my capability both on the mat as a teacher, but also as a student.
Yoga has been an incredible gift and haven for me over the years. My hope is that I can pass that same gift to others by being a vessel for the practice, via my teaching.
